At Nuna Ceramics Studio, we organize unique birthday parties, corporate meetings, and other important events. Our events combine creativity, relaxation, and collaborative creation – making them an unforgettable experience for all participants.

This is an ideal option for those who want to try something new and leave the workshop with a handmade, unique ceramic souvenir that can be used every day.

During the workshop, each participant will create their own ceramic vessel – it can be a bowl, mug, plate, candle holder, or another form according to their own idea.

The finished pieces will not only be a beautiful souvenir of time spent together but also fully functional items (dishwasher safe).

What do we offer?

Under the guidance of one or two experienced instructors:

- you will learn the basics of working with clay

- you will learn ceramic forming and decorating techniques

- you will create your own unique objects

Workshops last 2-3 hours depending on the number of people, age, and needs. The time is flexible.

For smaller groups of up to 6 people, we can offer work exclusively on the potter's wheel.

For larger groups (over 6 people), we suggest a division into two parts:

- potter's wheel workshop

- hand-building at the table

No experience is required – workshops are fully adapted for beginners. And under the guidance of two instructors (one at the wheel, and one at the table), beautiful works can be created.

The ceramic creation process:

1. Creation: During the workshop, you form and decorate your pieces according to your own vision. Each participant has the chance to make two ceramic pieces. For larger groups, each participant creates one piece on the potter's wheel and one at the table.
2. Drying and first firing (bisque): After the workshop, the pieces remain in our studio, where they are dried and fired for the first time. Bisque firing is firing at 900 degrees, which then allows us to glaze your pieces. Bisque firing takes approximately 36-48 hours.
3. Glazing: We cover your pieces with a transparent glaze, which protects the ceramics and gives them a beautiful finish.
4. Second firing (high firing): The ceramics go back into the kiln, where the glaze hardens and achieves its final effect. High firing is firing at 1240 degrees; such a piece fires with us for about 48 hours. After such firing, your pieces will be ready for everyday use – for drinking, eating, dishwasher and microwave safe.

Finished pieces are ready for pick-up after approximately 2-3 weeks 🤍

Price:

The price, of course, varies depending on the number of people.

The price includes:

- ceramic workshop (up to two pieces per person)

(it is possible to customize the offer, e.g., one piece – a mug)

- all materials and tools

- double firing of ceramics: bisque and high firing

- transparent glaze application

- instructor's supervision (one or two), the price may vary here

- intimate, creative atmosphere

- Water, coffee, tea

Additional options:

We can also prepare for you:

- selected snacks depending on the event and target group

- wine for corporate events and participants over 18 years old (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)

- other beverages such as: juices, cola, etc.
